Professional Experience

Mr. Spencer has extensive experience in program management, project management, civil engineering design, surveying and mapping.  He has a solid track record of managing large complex design and technology projects for various engineering disciplines.

His project experience includes large engineering and mapping projects throughout the United States and around the world.  His engineering experience includes highway, railway, bridge, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection and residential/commercial property developments.  Mr. Spencer's mapping experience includes military base master planning, geospatial information systems and utility systems mapping.  His surveying experience includes party chief operations for property, topographic and nautical surveys.

Mr. Spencer has worked for numerous years with Microstation and was involved in several pioneer CAD projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Mississippi DOT.  He is also a technology leader for the implementation of geospatial technology around the world including implementation of the first geospatial solution for the Chinese communications industry and the national rollout of the Telekom Malaysia geospatial solution.
