Professional Experience          

Mr. Ingle has comprehensive capabilities in surveying and civil engineering. His surveying experience includes route surveys and topographic surveys. His engineering experience includes design and drafting of construction drawings, preparation of specifications, cost estimates and earthwork quantities.

During the past five years he has been involved with several large engineering projects, utilizing Eagle Point and Microstation.  Mr. Ingle is  familiar with Alabama Department of Transportation Metric Guidelines for preparation of construction plans.

Project Experience

  • Spring Avenue, Decatur, Alabama
    Mr. Ingle prepared right-of-way maps and legal descriptions, plan and profile drawings, drainage design, and earthwork quantities.
  • Riverbank Stabilization Project, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama
    Design Engineer responsible for site plan and specifications for 2,200 linear feet of riverbank stabilization using riprap and binwall sections on the Tennessee River.
  • Bell Road Improvements, Huntsville, Alabama
    Prepared right-of-way maps and legal descriptions, plan and profile drawings, drainage design, and earthwork quantities.
  • Dublin Park, Madison, Alabama
    Design Engineer responsible for the site layout, grading and drainage plans, earthwork quantities and cost estimates for this 60 acre park.
  • Redstone Arsenal Landfill Closure, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama
    Development of site plans and operational plan for vertical inert expansion on top of existing landfill.
  • Electro-Optics Facility, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama
    Prepared site plans and specifications for this facility including parking, drainage and septic tank-disposal field design.
  • Monroe/Williams Intersection, Huntsville, Alabama
    Mr. Ingle prepared right-of-way maps and legal descriptions, plan and profile drawings, drainage design, and earthwork quantities.
  • Cypress Creek, Memphis, Tennessee
    Party Chief responsible for cross sections of 2,300 feet of Cypress Creek for rehabilitation.
  • U.S. Highway 278, Snead, Alabama
    Party Chief on the 7.5 mile route survey for the Alabama Department of Transportation.
