.       During our twenty year history, J&A has provided engineering design services for over 100 subdivisions throughout North Alabama and the Tennessee Valley. Our goal is to design residential areas that improve the quality of life in the community as a whole while respecting the environment. J&A works directly with our clients, both public and private sectors, to optimize subdivision layouts to ensure efficient utilization of the property while minimizing construction costs.
